At Clade we’re committed to long-term customer success and working collaboratively to create strong partnerships. Understanding our clients’ needs is essential to providing an excellent customer experience, which is something we continually strive for.
But we’re more than just talk. We recently scored an 8/10 rating from our clients, when asked how confident they feel in recommending Clade to a colleague or friend.
That’s a number we’re incredibly proud of, yet we still aim to improve every day.
About the survey
Clients across all our business areas and from across Australia participated in our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey, in which they had the opportunity to provide feedback on overall satisfaction, suggestions for future services, areas for improvement, customer benefits they’d like to see, and more.
